Online Pre-License training now offered from C.A.R. for Salespersons and Brokers

The California Association of REALTORS has partnered with OnlineEd to offer the California Real Estate Salesperson Pre-License Training course package to meet the 135 hours of required pre-license training to become a California real estate licensee. Courses included are Real Estate Principles (45 hours), Real Estate Practice (45 hours), Legal Aspects of Real Estate (45 hours), and the Salesperson Exam Prep Pack.
